Has your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus handsets suddenly stopped working? There's still hope for your wallet. Apples has launched a repair program for some iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus handsets.
In case your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus is refusing to power on, the problem may be due to a component failure. Good new is, because of this repair program your iPhone could be eligible for a free repair!
ZDNet reports that this issue affected iPhones were manufactured between October 2018 to August 2019, which makes these some of the later handsets, not the ones manufactured during its launch in September 2015.
If you have already paid for a repair, you may be eligible for a refund.
To check if your handset is affected, enter the serial number (here's how to find your iPhone's serial number) into Apple's serial number checker.
